Scholarship Opportunities

 If you are pursuing a degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or science and math education you can apply to receive a scholarship from the NASA Idaho Space Grant Consortium!


This year, we are awarding one year scholarships of approximately $500-1000 each. Applications open December 1, 2018.



Students pursuing either a 2-year or 4-year degree at an Idaho college or university are eligible to apply. Students must also:


 Be U.S. citizens

  • Be enrolled as full-time students studying science, technology, engineering, math, or science/math education discipline in the 2019-2020 academic year.

  • Possess a current cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher. Preference may be given to students with a GPA of 3.0 or better.


To complete your application, you will need to provide:

  • Unofficial High School Transcript* (If you have not yet completed at least 1 year of college)

  • Unofficial College Transcript (Official transcripts may be requested if you receive a scholarship. College transcripts are required if student has completed at least one year of college.)

  • ACT / SAT Scores (These can be submitted on transcripts)

  • Information on past school/community activities, honors, awards, hobbies, skills, abilities, and interests

  • Recommendation letter (At least one recommendation is required--see application for instructions.)
