We have developed a schedule of dates and topics for our ISGC Annual Meeting series. While we will miss seeing you in person this summer, we appreciate your willingness to be flexible given that we have a 5th year solicitation proposal to discuss, prepare, and submit by mid-July.

All meetings will be on Zoom (see link below with calendar invites to follow).

Meetings will start at 1:00 pm PDT/2:00pm MDT and last about an hour.

Please plan to attend the following virtual meetings (or have a proxy attend):

• Wednesday, June 14th
• Thursday, June 29th
• Thursday, July 13th
• Tuesday, July 18th

A major topic of discussion during the initial meetings will be the National Space Grant 5th Year Funding Extension and Augmentation.  Please note: Your concurrence on the proposal is required this time around. If we don’t have your concurrence letter, our proposal could be deemed non-compliant – and not reviewed.  In our first meeting we will review the proposal and share a draft, so we have time for review and discussion before the due date on July 17th. If you know you will be leaving your position at your affiliated institution, we would like to request your concurrence before you leave.
